Well, it depends.
It depends on how long the result was all before drying. The lost water loss of certain nutrients go.
Even fresh fruit can not be the best. Within 4 hours after harvest, all plants begin to diet to lose. Lite and heat that this process go faster. Drying or freezing is an excellent way to preserve the fruit for much longer.
While nuts are, how long since it was harvested in the dry state and with raw fruits, which are still preserved compared, then you get a fair comparison compairson. Then, the raw fruit is better.
Nuts do not have the most (if not absorbed all) of the power outside.
Fresh (ripe) fruit has a lot of nutrition and vitamins and minerals in them. So Def deserves more fresh fruit dried fruit.
